Tucson, AZ – Fatality Reported in Car Accident at Valencia Rd & Country Club RdArizona Legal News
Tucson, AZ (February 24, 2020) – Officers responded to a fatal collision at the intersection of Valencia Road and Country Club Road on Monday evening.
According to Tucson fire rescue units and local authorities, eastbound traffic was shut down on Valencia while police investigated and cleared the wreckage. Local EMTs pronounced at least one victim dead at the scene, though it’s unclear how many other victims were involved or injured in the accident.
Authorities asked drivers to avoid the area while the investigation continued. No further details have been released at this time.
