Tucson, AZ (September 5, 2019) – On Wednesday morning around 9:59 a.m., injuries were reported after a car crash took place at the intersection of AZ-77 and Orange Grove Road.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety and police responded to the scene of the crash where they found two vehicles, a Honda CRV and a BMW, were involved in an accident with one another, possibly due to right-of-way issues. One or more parties were taken to a local area hospital with injuries.
The accident, according to authorities, blocked the southbound lanes and motorists were told to avoid the area.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash continues.
Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families in hopes of full recoveries.
