Tucson, AZ (September 10, 2019) – This morning around 2 a.m., police responded to the scene of a serious car accident that took place on Mission Road.

Police did not comment on the exact circumstances leading up to the accident but said that it involved one vehicle that injured multiple people, including a driver and passengers.

Police and other emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident so that they could assist injured victims. They closed down the road in both directions from Irvington Road to Via Ingresso. Paramedics and other responders were present at the scene.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
