Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families. We hope for their quick recovery.
Whether it’s speeding, reckless or distracted driving, or driving while impaired, driver negligence causes serious accidents. Wrong-way accidents, more than any other type of crash, most frequently occur when a driver is distracted or impaired. In fact, studies show that nearly 90 percent of wrecks are caused by some sort of driver negligence.
Oftentimes, serious long-term injuries, costly medical expenses, and job loss plague victims and their families after these wrecks. The victims of wrong-way crashes may even succumb to their injuries, leaving families to pick up the pieces and deal with financial difficulties while mourning their loved ones. But those affected can contact a Phoenix accident lawyer for help, and in some cases, seek the fair compensation they deserve from a personal injury suit or wrongful death suit.
