Tempe, AZ (September 19, 2019) – Around 7 a.m. this morning, September 19th, police responded to the scene of a car accident in the northbound lanes of L-101.
Police confirmed that there were two vehicles involved in the crash. One of the vehicles had severe front-end damage. Police have not yet released information on what caused the accident to occur.
The crash blocked the HOV and left lane of traffic, causing a wide variety of delays in the area.
Paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident and transported injured victims to a local area hospital. However, they have not yet released any information on the parties involved or how severe their injuries were.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
