Surprise, AZ (July 16, 2019) – On Wednesday night around 7:20 p.m., police responded to the scene of a fatal rollover accident that took one person’s life on Citrus Road in Surprise.
Rescue crews were called to the scene of the accident between US-60 and Happy Valley Road. While there, they found that serious damages were done to the vehicles and closed down the roadway immediately.
Police are not sure of the circumstances of the crash but paramedics were called to the scene of the accident and worked to assist those with injuries. One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash but their identity is not known at this time.
The investigation remains under investigation at this time.
