Scottsdale, AZ (October 3, 2019) – Around 2 p.m. this afternoon, police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident on the AZ-101 Loop.

Police arrived at the scene of the accident to find that three vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the highway. The accident completely blocked the right lane in the area.

Paramedics and other emergency services were called to the scene of the accident, where they found that multiple parties sustained injuries. Though they did not comment on the exact nature of these injuries, it is believed that several parties were hospitalized.

No other details regarding the circumstances leading up to the collision were released. At this time, the investigation continues.
