Scottsdale, AZ (May 30, 2020) – A multi-vehicle crash on Saturday night closed Loop 101 at the Indian Bend Road off-ramp and resulted in injuries.

Authorities were on the scene of the injury wreck, which occurred when several vehicles traveling southbound on L-101, also known as the Pima Freeway, collided around 10:30 p.m. Fire rescue and police units were assisting the victims and investigating the cause of the crash. Officials say at least two vehicles appeared to be involved in the collision, and one spun out into the off-ramp intersection after the initial accident.

The crash remains under investigation, but authorities have not released the victims’ information.
