Scottsdale, AZ (December 4, 2019) – ABC 15 anchor and reporter Marc Thompson was injured Tuesday when he was hit by a car in Scottsdale.

The incident occurred around 12:00 p.m. near 90th Street and Bell Road. It’s unclear how the accident happened, though the driver who hit Marc stopped and a number of witnesses rendered aid to Thompson.

Officers from the Scottsdale Police Department arrived at the scene to investigate, and local EMTs transported Marc to the hospital. He has been hospitalized but is expected to fully recover.
