Prescott, AZ – 2 Killed in Fatal Head-on Crash on Iron Springs Rd
Prescott, AZ (September 26, 2019) – On Tuesday, September 24th, a fatal head-on crash took place on Iron Springs Road in Prescott that claimed two lives.
The accident, according to police, took place around 3 p.m. just outside of Skull Valley. The driver of a Chevy truck was headed north toward Prescott when they went over the center lines and slammed head-on into a Toyota sedan headed south.
The two people in the Toyota, a driver and a passenger, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger in the truck suffered injuries but are expected to make full recoveries. None of the victim’s names have been released.
At this time, the investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
