Phoenix, AZ (October 8, 2019) – Yesterday morning, police responded to the scene of a car accident at a local Phoenix intersection that led to serious injuries.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of 36th Street and Baseline Road and involved at least two vehicles. Police did not comment on the exact circumstances that caused the two vehicles to collide with one another.

The crash closed the intersection down through the morning rush hour. Paramedics arrived at the scene, where they found at least one party with serious, life-threatening injuries.

Police urged those in the area to avoid the intersection and find other routes.
