Phoenix, AZ (July 6, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a rear-end crash on Interstate 10 on Monday afternoon.
Per reports from the Phoenix Police Department, it appears that one person was treated at the scene by Phoenix EMTs and another victim may have been transported to an area hospital after the multi-car accident. The crash occurred in the right lanes of the highway near the off-ramp of 27th Avenue. Multiple units from the Phoenix Fire Department were at the scene to assist victims shortly after the wreck occurred at 6:30 p.m.
Authorities say that the crash investigation is ongoing at this time; however, the drivers’ information, as well as the extent of the injuries, remains unknown.
