Phoenix, AZ (August 24, 2019) – A wreck involving multiple vehicles blocked the right center lane on I-17 near Sky Harbor on Saturday evening, August 24th.
According to authorities, the multi-vehicle wreck occurred when at least two sedans collided in the right lane of I-17 southbound, also known as the Maricopa Freeway, near Sky Harbor Airport around 8:15 p.m. Fire rescue and police units were at the scene to assist the injured victims of the crash but have not determined the cause or released the drivers’ information.
All lanes cleared by 9:30 p.m.
