Phoenix, AZ (July 15, 2019) – A multi-vehicle crash occurred on Monday morning, July 15th, on I-17 southbound, near Northern Avenue.

According to officials, the injury accident occurred around 11:00 a.m. and appeared to involve multiple vehicles, which collided in the HOV and left lanes of I-17, also known as the Black Canyon Freeway. Police and fire rescue authorities were on the scene to determine the cause of the crash and assist the victims.

All lanes reopened just before 12:00 p.m. Authorities are still investigating the wreck and have not released the victims’ information or their conditions at this time.
