Phoenix, AZ (March 7, 2020) – Deputies from the Phoenix Police Department, as well as paramedics and local fire rescue units, responded to a multi-car accident at the Deck Park Tunnel on Saturday afternoon.

Officials say the multi-vehicle crash happened on Interstate 10 eastbound, just outside of the Deck Park Tunnel, around 2:30 p.m. The vehicles involved were traveling in the right lanes of I-10 at the end of the tunnel when they collided.  Ambulances were on the scene and appeared to transport at least one person to a local hospital via ambulance, but that victim’s information and current condition have not been released.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their quick recovery.
