Phoenix, AZ (May 19, 2020) – Westbound Interstate 10 near Verrado Way was closed after a crash occurred that resulted in injuries on Tuesday, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Per reports from Phoenix officers, the crash apparently involved multiple passenger vehicles and shut down several lanes around 10:30 p.m. Initial reports indicated that more than two vehicles were on the shoulder along the left lanes of the highway.

An Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesperson said that injuries have been reported and at least one victim was transported to an area hospital via ambulance.
