Phoenix, AZ (July 17, 2019) – A traffic collision in West Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon, July 17th, has left one motorcyclist in serious condition.

Emergency crews were called to the scene of the injury accident, which occurred near 51st Avenue and Watkins Street around 4:00 p.m. According to officials, northbound and southbound traffic between Lower Buckeye Road and Watkins Street was shut down while crews worked to clear the scene.

Investigators were on the scene to determine the cause of the motorcycle wreck, but details about the other vehicles involved, as well as the victims’ information and conditions, have not been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
