Phoenix, AZ – James Twigg Killed in 4-Car Crash at 7th St & Thunderbird RdArizona Legal News
Phoenix, AZ (January 18, 2020) – Officers from the Phoenix Police Department say a 69-year-old man is dead after a four-vehicle crash near 7th Street and Thunderbird Road on Saturday morning.
Officers say that James Twigg was driving westbound on a private street and failed to yield to traffic on 7th Street. Twigg’s truck collided with a southbound car driven by a 64-year-old man. Both vehicles were then struck by a pickup truck and another passenger vehicle.
Authorities say Twigg was transported to the hospital by Phoenix EMTs and was later pronounced dead. His wife, a passenger in the car, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.
