Phoenix, AZ (May 4, 2020) – A wreck involving at least two vehicles resulted in injuries on State Route 143 near Sky Harbor on Monday evening.

According to authorities, the multi-vehicle wreck occurred when at least two sedans collided in the right lane of SR 143 southbound near Sky Harbor Airport around 7:30 p.m. Fire rescue and police units were at the scene to assist the injured victims of the crash but have not determined the cause or released the drivers’ information. The wreck closed the entire highway at Loop 202 and Sky Harbor, and it remained closed for several hours.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
