Phoenix, AZ (July 10, 2020) – At least two vehicles collided on Interstate 17 Friday evening, resulting in injuries and property damage.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, all vehicles involved were traveling on I-17 northbound, also known as the Black Canyon Freeway, near Thunderbird Road when the accident occurred. Police officials say that at least two sedans collided in the right lanes.

Phoenix fire rescue units and paramedics arrived at the scene around 9:30 p.m., where they transported at least one victim to a local hospital. However, no further details were released regarding the drivers’ information or their current conditions at this time.
