Phoenix, AZ (March 28, 2020) – Several injuries were reported after a crash on Interstate 17 at Dunlap Avenue on Saturday evening.
Officials from the Phoenix Police Department said that the wreck occurred just before 9:00 p.m. and involved multiple vehicles. I-17 was closed entirely as a result of the wreck. It’s unclear how the accident occurred, though paramedics were on the scene to treat victims and transport those who were seriously injured to a local area hospital.
Detectives on the scene were working to piece together the moments leading up to the crash.
