Phoenix, AZ (January 26, 2020) – A multi-vehicle crash on Sunday night blocked the exit ramp of Interstate 17 at the start of the Thomas Road and resulted in at least one injury.

Authorities were at the scene of the accident, which occurred when several vehicles traveling southbound collided on I-17 around 9:40 p.m. Fire rescue units and Phoenix police authorities were on the scene treated the victims while officers worked to investigate the cause of the wreck. At least two vehicles appeared to be involved in the accident, including a truck and a sedan.

The crash remains under investigation.
