Phoenix, AZ (May 30, 2020) – A multi-vehicle accident on Saturday evening blocked the left lanes of I-17 past the off-ramp at Buckeye Road.

According to authorities at the scene of the wreck, the multi-vehicle crash occurred around 7:30 p.m. when at least two sedans and one cargo van collided in the left lanes of the I-17 Black Canyon Freeway. Police and fire rescue were assisting injured victims and investigating the cause of the crash on I-17 northbound. EMTs were also at the scene, though it’s unclear how many victims were transported to the hospital.

The drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time.
