Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families in hopes of a full recovery.
Injurious accidents are on the rise nationwide, particularly in Arizona. In fact, the rate of serious collisions involving multiple vehicles and at least one injured victim has increased over the past several years. And distracted or negligent drivers are responsible for a large portion of these accidents. Studies show that approximately 90 percent of accidents and crash casualties throughout the country are caused by some form of driver negligence.
Oftentimes, the victims of these serious accidents have to deal with long-term injuries, property damage, costly medical expenses, and even job loss. But those affected can contact a Phoenix accident lawyer for help, and in some cases, seek a fair settlement from a personal injury suit or wrongful death suit.
