Phoenix, AZ (August 5, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident on Monday afternoon, August 5th, blocked the right lanes of traffic on Interstate 10 near 67th Avenue.

Officials at the scene of the crash say that the accident occurred around 6:20 p.m., after multiple vehicles collided in the westbound lanes of I-10, also known as the Papago Freeway. Police and fire rescue units responded to the injury accident to assist injured victims and investigate the cause of the collision, which appeared to involve at least two vehicles.

All lanes reopened just before 7:00 p.m., but the drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time.
