Phoenix, AZ (March 21, 2020) – Two people have serious injuries after being involved in a motorcycle accident in north Phoenix on Saturday night. 

According to officers from the Phoenix Police Department, the wreck happened on Pinnacle Peak Road near 36th Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Police said that the driver of the car involved in the crash stayed on the scene, though it’s unclear what led up to the crash.

The victims on the motorcycle were a 36-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman, and both were transported to a local area hospital in serious condition. Pinnacle Peak Road was closed at 35th Avenue while officers investigated.
