Phoenix, AZ – 2-Car Crash Results in Injury on US 60 EB at Rural Rd


Phoenix, AZ (February 10, 2020) – A multiple vehicle accident on Sunday afternoon blocked the left lane of US-60 eastbound past Rural Road and resulted in at least one injury.

According to authorities, the injury accident occurred when several vehicles traveling eastbound on US-60, also known as the Superstition Freeway, collided around 5:46 p.m. Fire rescue units, as well as the police, were on the scene to assist victims of the crash and investigate the cause. At least two vehicles appeared to be involved in the wreck, which occurred due to a chain-reaction rear-end accident.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash at this time but have not released the victims’ information.
