Glendale, AZ (December 16, 2019) – A driver is in the hospital after a crash in Glendale on Monday night.

According to officers from the Glendale Police Department, the accident happened around 9:00 p.m. at 48th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. Police said the driver lost control after colliding with another car in a possible wrong-way accident and hit a palm tree. The victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

Their information, as well as the other driver’s information, has not been released.

An investigation is underway.
