Pedestrian Accidents in Arizona

One pedestrian is killed every two hours as a result of car accidents nationwide. According to the Governors Highway Safety Association, Arizona is at the top of the list when it comes to pedestrian fatalities, with a 35 percent rise in pedestrian deaths in the past 10 years alone.

Even when they’re utilizing crosswalks, pedestrians are especially vulnerable to serious injuries or death. When pedestrians are hit by vehicles, they’re often left with exorbitant medical costs, long-term physical issues, and severe emotional trauma. However, the victims and families affected by these pedestrian accidents can safeguard their legal rights with a skilled personal injury lawyer.
