Fountain Hills, AZ – Injuries Reported After Car Hits Home Near Palisades Blvd


Fountain Hills, AZ (February 9, 2020) – A car hit a house on Sunday morning in Fountain Hills, resulting in at least one serious injury.

According to local authorities, the crash happened around 10:41 a.m. near East Palisades Boulevard and Lago Boulevard. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said that the car in question hit the back of another car, lost control and hit a home’s garage. The two people in the car were taken to a hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

EMTs were at the scene and appeared to treat a victim, though it’s not clear how serious their injuries were.

Detectives were investigating to determine if speed and impairment were factors in the crash. At this time, the investigation into the accident continues.
