Bicycle Accidents in Arizona

According to the National Traffic Highway Administration, approximately 48,000 bicyclists were injured in accidents across the country in 2018. Arizona leads the nation in bicycle accidents, due to the fact that the state’s warm, dry climate and cyclist-friendly streets mean more bikers on the road. It is thought that biking accidents are on the rise nationwide as a result of rising fuel and vehicle costs.

Bicycle accidents often mean serious physical trauma and emotional distress for victims and their families, especially when the accident occurs due to a driver’s negligent actions.
