Casa Grande, AZ (July 31, 2019) – An injury crash on Wednesday evening, July 31st, blocked and closed I-10 westbound at milepost 185, near McCartney Road.

According to authorities at the scene of the accident in Casa Grande, multiple vehicles collided in the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 around 8:00 p.m. Officials said that the accident appeared to involve at least two vehicles, and police and fire rescue units responded to assist the injured accident victims and determine the cause of the collision. The injury crash was located near Highway 387 and caused slowed traffic in the area.

The highway remained closed to clear the crash, and the drivers’ information and their current conditions have not been released at this time.
