Semi-Truck Accidents in Arizona

Camp Verde, AZ - Injuries & Vehicle Fire Reported in Truck Crash on SR 260When semi-trucks and autos collide, the majority of injuries and damages are incurred by the smaller vehicle. Because of their size, semi-trucks greatly outweigh autos causing a greater force to be thrust upon the vehicles. Injuries from truck accidents are normally greater than a regular car accident as the weight and size of the semi greatly outweighs that of the vehicle, many times ending in death.

In 2008, 1 out of 9 collisions between a semi and a vehicle ended tragically in death to the driver of the vehicle. 90,000 people were injured in truck accidents in Arizona added to more than 4,000 deaths in the 4,066 accidents that occurred in 2008.
